Every child in Zambia has the right to be protected from all forms of violence, exploitation and abuse. However, the first Zambia Health and Wellbeing Survey (H-Well) reveals the troubling extent of violence against children in the country.
On Tuesday 17 November, stakeholders including Government Ministries, the United Nations, Non-governmental Organizations and Civil Society Organizations will come together to discuss the findings of the Zambia Health And Wellbeing Survey, and attend a three day workshop to develop a series of priority responses and long terms commitments to address the problem of violence against children in Zambia.
