Nouna: The High Commissioner of Kossi Province, Noufo Dembelé, expressed his appreciation for the commitment of the Defense and Security Forces (FDS) and the Volunteers for the Defense of the Homeland (VDP) during the celebration of Customs and Traditions Day (JCT) on Thursday, May 15, 2025.
