OTJIWARONGO: A fresh group of over 30 struggle kids from Otjiwarongo in the Otjozondjupa Region yesterday started walking to Windhoek to join other demonstrators there.
The group’s spokesperson, Christophina Hofeni, told Nampa yesterday afternoon that her group is marching to Windhoek to join other struggle kids camping there and demanding for Government jobs.
This Nampa journalist found these youths about 30 kilometres from Otjiwarongo on the way to Okahandja on the B1 road, carrying Swapo-Party flags.
She said they were left with no option, and will walk like this to Windhoek so that their demands heard.
Hofeni said they lost hope in the Otjozondjupa Regional Governor Samuel Nuuyoma, who apparently on Thursday had asked them not to participate in the activities of other struggle kids, because Government was aware of their plight.
