Deputy Minister of Higher Education and Training, Mr Buti Manamela will attend two graduations of students who have completed training in various fields.
Graduation ceremonies are an indication that there are efforts made by various sectors to skill young people and provide the nation with valuable skills that will impact the economy in a positive way.
The first graduation will be for students who successfully completed the Basic Stores and Stock Control (BSSC) certificate endorsed by the South African Production and inventory Control Society (SAPICS) and also becoming permanently employed as pharmacy store assistants at various Netcare hospitals. This is a partnership between the HWSETA, Netcare as well as various TVET Colleges.
Deputy Minister will also address the graduation ceremony of The M-Net Magic in Motion Academy Class of 2017, who have successfully completed their 12-month programme in the field of television production.
