Alternate Minister of Foreign Affairs Miltiadis Varvitsiotis to attend the EU General Affairs Council (Brussels 21.03.2023)

Alternate Minister of Foreign Affairs for European Affairs, Miltiadis Varvitsiotis, will participate tomorrow, Tuesday, March 21, in the EU General Affairs Council, to be convened in Brussels.

The discussion will focus on the preparation of the European Council of 23-24 March 2023, whose agenda will include the war in Ukraine, the competitiveness of the European economy, energy, and migration.

Ministers will also discuss economic policy coordination in the context of the European Semester as well as EU-UK relations, and exchange views on the Rule of Law as part of the annual dialogue.
