5th Session of the Greek-Turkish Joint Economic Committee / Signing of Protocol (Athens, 24 January, 2022)

The Greek-Turkish Joint Economic Committee will meet in Athens, this coming Monday, January 24, 2022. This is the 5th JEC Session and will conclude with the signing of a Protocol by Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs for Economic Diplomacy and Openness Mr. Kostas Fragogiannis and Turkish Deputy Minister of Trade, Mr. Mustafa Tuzcu.

The Greek-Turkish Joint Economic Committee was established in 2000, in the framework of the Greece-Turkey Economic Cooperation Agreement and is relaunched 11 years after its last session, in October 2010.

Minister of Tourism, Mr. Vassilis Kikilias and Minister of Culture and Tourism of Turkey, Mr. Mehmet Nuri Ersoy, will address the opening of the Committee’s works.
