Minister Blade Nzimande launches NSFAS funding applications for 2022 academic year, 28 Oct

Official launch of the National Student Financial Aid Scheme (NSFAS) 2022 application season

The Minister of Higher Education, Science and Innovation, Dr Blade Nzimande and the National Student Financial Aid Scheme’s Board Chairperson Mr Ernest Khosa, will brief the media on the opening of the NSFAS funding applications for the 2022 academic year and the overall readiness of the Scheme.

During the briefing, the Minister and Board Chairperson will amongst others announce the opening and closing dates of the application cycle as well as provide an update on the enhancements made on the NSFAS funding application portal.
