CAPE TOWN: PREPARATIONS for South Africa’s top Customer Experience Management (CEM) summit have begun.
Tagged the 2015 Customer Experience Management Africa Summit is scheduled for the Cape Town International Conference Centre on July 22-23. The summit is back for a fourth year and returning attendees have signed up for another chance to meet with some of the region’s leading industry professionals.
Among these are Interactive Intelligence and Kofax, which are returning as Platinum and Silver Sponsors. IQ Business and Bazaarvoice are also among the sponsors.
This year, Kinetic Events, the organisers said they had consulted an official advisory panel to tailor an agenda for the Customer Experience Management Summit that is both current and topical. This panel consists of some of today’s key individuals who are shaping the CEM landscape in South Africa and beyond.
These include Angela Mumbi Odame (Head of Client Experience, Nedbank), Claudia Ramsden (Group Manager: Customer Care, Airports Company South Africa (ACSA), Helen Kotze (General Manager: Channels, Tsogo Sun) and Amanda Cromhout (Founder & CEO for Truth.).
These panel members will also be taking the stand alongside a stellar lineup of speakers which include the likes of: Silke McCarthy (Head of Customer Service Quality and Programs Manager for SSA, DHL Express) Fusi Mbokane (Customer Experience Manager for Comair Limited) and Jean Ochse, executive for Customer Experience at Standard Bank.
