Upon confiscating the cars, the police were informed that the (cars) were brought from one of the second hand car dealers in Klerksdorp. It was established from the car dealer that the cars were supplied by a 35-year-old individual.
The latter was traced and found at his place where two cars were also confiscated. He was apprehended and ultimately appeared in the Klerksdorp Magistrates’ Court on Friday, 08 May 2015. The accused, Toufik Salmi (35) was granted R4,000 bail, and will re-appear in court on 18 May 2015.
