Global provider of telecom IT solutions, Tecnotree, has announced it has been selected by South African mobile network operator, Cell C, to expand its call completion and IVR platform.
Tecnotree will supply its Reachability Express solution to provide Cell C’s diverse subscriber base with voice and multi-channel messaging services.
