The Select Committee on Security and Justice will be hosting a one-day workshop on the implementation of the Child Justice Act.
Committee Chairperson Mr Dumisani Ximbi said that, among other things, the objectives of the workshop are to share a common understanding of the Child Justice Act, to understand the challenges related to the implementation of the Act by all the responsible government departments and to understand the implementation challenges related to Child Justice Centres.
