Port Shepstone Murder Suspects to Appear in Court [press release]

Yesterday, 28 December 2014, the Ezinqoleni task team arrested four suspects aged between 21 and 40 for two cases of murder, assault and kidnapping. On 26 December 2014 at Ezinqoleni area the deceased victims were at their home when they were confronted by the suspects who suspected them of committing crimes in the area. They assaulted, kidnapped them and drove away in their Isuzu bakkie and Toyota Tazz. Two of the victim managed to escape with serious injuries and reported the matter. The two deceased aged 24 and 25 were found dumped in Murchison, Port Shepstone with multiple injuries and were declared dead at the scene. Through investigation the members were able to locate the suspects in Margate and were then arrest. The arrested suspects will appear in the Ezinqoleni Magistrates Court Today, 29 December 2014.

The KwaZulu-Natal Provincial Commissioner, Lieutenant General Mmamonnye Ngobeni praised Ezingolweni members for the speedily arrest and urged them to continue to protect the members of the community from criminals who take law into their own hands.
