Major housing scheme planned for Warri

LAGOS: HUNDREDS of residents in Warri are poised to benefit from a multimillion-Naira housing scheme an Ikeja-based property development company is planning.

Officials from Centre Base Consult (CBC) Limited unveiled the firm had earmarked N10 billion for the construction of housing units in the residential parts of the Warri Industrial Business Park (WIBP).

The project, which will consist of 400 housing units, will be known as Park Garden.

The scheme will be implemented in four phases, each consisting of 100 housing units, beginning next month.

“Park Garden is a joint venture exercise. Through the project, WIBP is trying to accelerate the Warri economy in a way that will provide infrastructure in the park, while we are coming to take part in the building aspect of the facility,” said CBC Managing Director, Sesan Obe.

He was addressing stakeholders at a customer forum in Lagos.
