Jews terror victims receive medical relief

ABUJA: THE Federal Government has distributed medical consumables to various hospitals where victims of the recent multiple bomb blast in Jos, Plateau State are receiving treatment.

According to a statement issued by National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA), Minister of Water Resources Sarah Ochekpe who led the Federal Government delegation to Jos and also commiserated with the affected people and government of Plateau State, distributed the items.

NEMA added that its Director General, Muhammad Sani Sidi, representatives of the Deputy Inspector General of Police, Sotonye Leroy Wakama, representatives of the Deputy Commandant-General of the Nigerian Security Civil Defence Corps, Evans Ewurum, and representative of the Nigerian Red Cross, Umar Maigari, were part the delegation.

The delegation was also at the Plateau State Government House to deliver the sympathy of President Goodluck Jonathan to the Governor, Jonah David Jang, who was represented by his Deputy, Ignatius Longjang. More than 30 people died in the recent terror attack in Jos.
