The Congress of South African Trade Union in the North West is worried about the delay of the judgement of Aurora on the matter of workers, who have been not receiving form of remuneration.
And Aurora workers have being without food for a while, with no money to send their kids to school.
We are worried that the case was held in March 2015, and today is two months, with no judgement made.
Our call is that workers are losing confidence to our justice system due to due interference.
The Department of Labour in the North West has gone to all workers and called them to submit their claims for UIF, and until today these workers un-assisted.
We call the Masters of the High Court and the justice system and the Department of Labour to tell the poor workers the real truth on why is the case of Aurora so special to an extend that workers must die for not being paid what is due to them by Aurora directors.
We call our national DoL to please intervene on these matters and also that our Provincial government must assist the poor workers with food parcels.
We have long requested the MEC of Social Development in North West to help the Aurora workers to survive.
