ABUJA: MORE than 250 delegates will from Thursday converge in Abuja for the Airport Business Summit and Expo.
The two-day event is scheduled for the Shehu Musa Yar ‘Adua Centre.
According to a statement from the Nigerian Airspace Management Agency (NAMA), the summit is part of the initiative to explore future business opportunities for Nigerian airports in a globalized aviation sector.
“The Airport Business Summit shall showcase key players in the sector to include airlines, service providers, hotels, consultants, banks, oil and gas companies, trade unions, investors,” the statement the agency released read.
NAMA added it aimed to make the most of the summit to network and enlighten the public of its duties and responsibilities geared towards ensuring the safety of the nation’s airspace.
The agency’s Managing Director, Ibrahim Abdulsalam, is also billed to present a paper titled, “Attracting Transport Investment, Trough Improved Airspace Management Infrastructure.”
